I have a real, serious buyer for CST 180 fuel. These are the prices and procedures my buyer is looking for. The buyer is not paying any phony up front notarization and legalization contract fees.This is what the buyer is looking for:300,000 MT as per the availability with the sellerContract term: 12 months with possible rollovers & extensionsDelivery: CIF China Port - will be advisedCargo survey: SGS inspectionsInsurance: Cargo is subject to cover by first-class marine insurance for 110% of invoice valuefor seller„¢s expensesShipment: Prompt shipment immediately upon acceptance of the contractPrice: Ask Buyer Gross /Ask Buyer net /MT CIFBefore delivery to the ship) to any safe world port.Procedure: The end buyer has to provide and LOI, banking coordinates provided in the contract, along with NCND.Supplier to issue FCO as to the specifications requested by the buyer, buyer signs and returns the FCO.The Seller or his transaction representative would provide a contract to the Buyer.The Buyer once agreed to the terms, Buyer and Seller signs the contract.The Shipment starts to the required destination port.Seller pays the Buyer by Telegraphic Transfer within 10 days once the product is received at the Destination port and inspected by SGS.The price is CIF to ASWP.
