luggage tag and dog collar

RFQ Description

The dog collar is pretty straight forward: about 300 that would fit a small dog, a 1000 that fit a medium to large dog, printed with one color with my company domain and phone number.They should be pretty good quality.And a luggage tag to put on the collar, but about 3000 of these, at least.http://yesi.am/sample1.jpg7x3 cm - which is about right, maybe a bit smaller would be okay but its a good sizevery thick plastic, sealed tightly (you cant get the card back out after one insert, which is good)pretty water resistant except for the opening for sliding the paper into the sleevea key ring attachmentI want no printing, no card to insert, unless it comes on a sheet that I can run though a laser writer (printer). I dont care about rounded edges, although that might make it more durable. I like the attachment, but would take it with no attachment (key ring loop). Depending on the price I would want at least 3000.I will also want dog collars embroidered or printed with my company name and number (glencadia.com 518-470-3981). Would you be able to make something like this? I would like to deal with one vendor but would do two different vendors too.
