RFQ Description

I am in search of JV partners that can bring at least Ask Buyerm to the table to build 1,000 acre farms that produce algae that turns into 7m gallons of oil each year on an automated process. There is no other capital required and the investor(s) can be taken out in 24 months or stay in for a share in the Ask Buyerm net revenue per year in perpetuity. The oil has already been tested by the US Armed Forces, specifically the Air Force. Summary: The scientists that are with the company have been working for some 35 plus years researching and developing the concept of ÃÆ’ent;ïquest;rac12;ïquest;rac12;Algae to OilÃÆ’ent;ïquest;rac12;ïquest;rac12;. They have now discovered and developed a strain of algae that is 40% oil volume to weight, 10% water, and the remaining 50% is a biomass (mostly protein) that can be a food stock for humans or livestock such as cattle. They have spent north of Ask Buyer million getting the entire process to its current state, which is to grow the right algae and break it down into its 3 basic materials in a cost effective method. The current technology is built to scale for a 5,000 acre farm but they are open to starting small with just 1,000 acre farms. The most effective use of the land is to put two bioreactors (two ponds) per acre. Each bioreactor will only be about a foot and a half deep with a liner in each pond. The initial algae is put into each pond and harvested every 24 hours in a closed loop system. It only needs basically 3 things to live and grow; sunlight, carbon dioxide, and water. And, each bioreactor puts off oxygen as a byproduct of its growth process. Each 1,000 farm will produce 7,000,000 gallons of oil per year using their automated system. Their refining technology can refine the oil into different products, Omega 3 oil, jet fuel, gasoline, diesel, oils to make plastics and cooking oil. Of the 7m gallons 10% can be made into the Omega 3 oil which currently has a wholesale market value of Ask Buyer a gallon. There is currently a farm up and running right now in full operation in a facility in New Mexico. The finished product has been tested by many reputable sources one being the US Air Force. Because the Air Force results were so favorable they have said they will buy all the oil we can produce. The jet fuel test came back showing it to be 40% more efficient that any jet fuel currently on the market today and the gasoline and diesel to be 30% more efficient. The cost to develop and implement the 1,000 farm with an automated self-sustaining system is Ask Buyerm. We are estimating a cost of Ask Buyerm for a 1,000 farm if you include purchasing the land. The entire farm can be up and running and producing revenue in less than 12 months with the right construction team.
