requirement for grain mill

Hello,I wish you receive this letter in good health. Regarding my requirement, I need to set up grain mill for grinding different types of grains. The process would be : In the first step I need a mechanism to wash and dry the cereals. In second step I need to grind them. In third step I need to mix and pack the flours of different grains.The grains I am interested in are : wheat, barley, gram/chickpea, soya, millet, maize and oats.It is good if machine used in first step is common. The machines could be vacuum dryers or centrifuge. Here I need machine only for washing and drying.For second step I think I have to use different machines but how many minimal machine can be used to grind them e.g a common machine for grinding maize, millet etc? More the number of different types of grains that can be processed by the same machine, the better it is. I need to grind all grains as a whole.For third step I need machine which can be used to mix flours in different quantity i.e pack flour of one type of grain or all types of grains in different proportions. I need an output of around 1.5 ton per hour total . Out of that 1.5 tons wheat would be .5 ton(minimum) and others would be roughly .2 ton(maximum) each.
