HELLO,Our company is from Bulgaria and the activity is trading with scrap materials like: wasted paper, PET, PP, LDPE and etc. We decided to produce flake from PET bottles. So we are looking for offers about equipment. We have a production base with dimensions: length- 53 m, weight- 11.75 m, height- 4.1 m. We can make it higher if it is necessary. The capacity of the production line has to manufacture about 500-750kg/h PET bottles.I believe it is necessary to make some adjustments: 1.PET bottles are made to bales of size 1200/1200/1000mm weight 150-400 kg. It is therefore necessary BALE OPENER. 2.Labels are from PVC, PP, HDPE and we want to buy LABEL AND CAP REMOVING MACHINE.3.There are some stones, glass or wood in bales and this is problem do you have a solution. 4.For metal we want to buy metal separator.5.Some bottles are contaminated with oil, mud, etc.Therefore necessary quality washing.6. In bales there are some bottles made from PVC, LDPE, HDPE, etc. For this reason, we will need a manual sorting line for 4 workers. 7.Finished flake is used for making fiber. Commodity market is very demanding to drying. 8.We have some experience in this job and I think we need two crusher.Crusher1 size 800/1000mm with holes 16-18mm.Crusher2 500/800mm holes 12-14mm.
