For oversize material is USD 10 per mt will be deducted from the¦¦¦% balance payment. (Oversize allowed up to 1% without penalty). Oversize exceeding 5% of the B/L quantity is subject rejections. Maximum impurity will be 0.75% in total quantity. The quantity of over than 0% impurity will be deducted from the¦¦% balance payment on CNF basis. Tolerance of ISRI 204 material in HMS No: 2 cargo to be max. 10 Penalty for ISRI 204 between 10-15% of total quantity of HMS: 2 mixed to be USD5/mt deducted from final invoice. Over than 15% ISRI 204 in HMS No: 2 subject to rejection. Any scale, slag quantity will be deducted from the final quantity. Over than 1.5% slag is subject to rejection. Total cargo will be rejected if survey report proves that cargo contains any radioactive material and the Seller will fully compensate the Buyer on possible loses/expenses. Bundle scrap and pressed scrap is not allwed. Incase if off-grade material USD1500/uncut cylinder 100 / piece will be deduct from 5% balance payment. All the a/m penalties will be calculated as proportional of the final quantity, which is found found in each cargo
