Iam in los angeles but have business partner in china. we are planning to cell ice cream on waffle cone using ice cream cart at parks and locations where there is a lot of foot traffic . we will try to get govern ment permission. can your carts be sold in china and can it keep ice cram frozen for 12 hours. do you need dry ice or the electrical pads that keep the ice cream frozen.
