Looking for light in the box ltd

To whom this may concern, I have tried calling, e-mailing and sending messages through your web-site. I purchased 4 tablets for my girls for christmas only to receive a box of tatoo equipment. I do not normally order items on line, so I purchased extra insurance to safegaurd myself. I contacted lightinthebox through the customer service immediately and requested a refund. I have since returned the shipment I received (which was not mine, and had a packaging slip that incuded another customers information - which is against the law.)
