Dear VincentMy name is Joe Vollmer and the name of my company is Bayete Designs,I firs operated from South Africa,presently I am operating from Windhoek,NamibiaI purchased a 2 head embroidery machine BECS-328 DURING 2010.Since then I tried to make contact with your company but without success,because of this I am very unhapy because of your service,I only received a manual about the programming etc,I have not received the parts book in order for me to order partsWhen I received the cap frames the cables were all loose and I had no idea hoiw to assemble the cap frames,because of this I could not do any caps for customrs even though I requested information regarding the assembling of the cap frames from your companySecondly the driving belt on the left side of the machine is damaged and I need to order one but I have no part number,please supply me with the parts book and capframe assembly instructions because the wires oin it is loose,Provide me a quote on your 6 and 8 head
