We are setting up a new bottling plant in Harare, Zimbabwe and as a result of this we need to import Sunflower oil. The oil should be processed up-to and including the deodorized stage of refining and therefore only required filtration prior to bottling. The Zimbabwe Government apply duties, (You can call it taxes) on incoming oil to the value of Refined sunflower oil 65% of the landed value of the oil and Crude sunflower oil 20% of the landed value. Because of this we need the incoming oil to be termed crude sunflower oil and not refined.During the first 6-12 months we have orders for 800 metric tons per month, we believe that we can increase the volumes up to 1500 metric tons per month over the next 9-36 months. We plan to put in place an revolving L/C on a monthly bases for 800 tons and then have this delivered equally in 20 containers each containing 22 tons in flexi-bags (ie 9 containers a week) (36-37 containers per month).
