Hi,-we are a feeding industries factory wich produce by order various wire products for home appliances companies and more.-I would like to measure the dimensions of our products such as (width ,length and height of the frames) and (distance between mesh wires i.e transverse wires welded on the frame)- Iam interested in both dimensional and form measurments (If possible)- As we are not dealing with precise products the minimum tolerance we deal with is about(-+ 0. 5 mm)- the maximum dimension of the frames we deal with is about [ 80 cm (length) X 80 cm (width) x 2 cm (height)] and the minimum is [ 30 cm (length) X 15 cm (width) x 2 cm (height) ]- i need a machine to inspect multiple patches- automated machine is required . Additional requirments (if possible)- IF there is the ability to have a machine with a control chart software [ such as statistical process control (spc)]I wish you reply my message even my requirments is not exist .thanks again May i know the Min Order Quantity.May i know the delivery time of this product?Can u send us your latest product catalog with complete quote prices.What is the procedure to get the sample?
