Dear Sales manager, I am writing from RPS Aquaterra’s branch company in Mongolia in regard of our purchased water pump equipment with Honda GX25 ST3*GCART-******* installed. The issue we had faced recently is, one part (inside Spark Ignition System pack) of Honda engine has broken (please see physical photo of the part from attached file). We wish our equipment to be fixed and returned to normal operation ASAP. We would like to replace the part here in Mongolia and for that we have to buy 2pcs of broken part. For this, could you please support us to find the part ASAP. We applied to Wattera Uk company where we purchased the water pump, but as the warranty period has finished, we have to contact directly to your branch.
