Looking for bank instruments

RFQ Description

Dear Sirs, Good day. I have a client looking to BUY a Ask BuyerB NO POF SBLC or BG at around 55%+2%, or better, from a top Bank. He will pay with MT103 within 1-3 days of receiving the MT760 in his Bank. Below are the procedures. Please revert ASAP if you are able to provide: TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:1. Buyer submits this Letter of Intent (LOI) with full Banking Coordinates, CIS, Corporate Resolution (where applicable), Non-Solicitation Statement, Proposed Tranche Schedule, Corporate Registration, Signatory’s Passport Copy and Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA).2. After successful due diligence, Seller completes, countersigns and returns LOI with full banking coordinates to the Buyer, and this LOI becomes a legally binding full commercial recourse contract between the parties. Both parties lodge a copy of this countersigned contract with their respective Bankers.3. Within three (3) banking days after both parties have signed this LOI/CONTRACT, Seller’s bank delivers SBLC via SWIFT MT760 (see Appendix A) to the Buyer’s bank. The Seller will send to Buyer by fax and/or email a courtesy copy of the SWIFT MT760 immediately after it is sent to Buyer’s Bank to help expedite SBLC/BG invoice price settlement.4. Within one to three (1-3) banking days, upon the verification and confirmation of the delivered SWIFT SBLC/BG MT760, Buyer will, simultaneously, pay Fifty-Five Percent (55%) of the SBLC/BG face value for the 1st tranche via SWIFT MT103 bank wire to Seller’s bank account and 2% Consultants’ fees as per IMFPA (see Appendix B) which is incorporated as a material part of this LOI/CONTRACT. For subsequent tranches, Fifty-Five Percent (55%) of the SBLC face value shall be paid to the Seller’s bank account.5. SBLC/BG Hard copy will be sent Bank to Bank via bonded courier within seven (7) Banking days on receipt of full payment for SBLC.6. No unauthorized phone calls are allowed bank to bank by either party or their respective representatives and/or attorneys. Verification and authentication of SBLC/BG SWIFT MT760 to be done only via SWIFT on bank to bank basis.7. Same procedures for subsequent tranches/. Tranching continues until contract is fully completed.I also have buyers for BG's and MTN's on a Desk-to-Desk basis as long as there are no broker chains to the seller.
