kindly send me your best rate / m2 for the below taking into consideration please the inclusions and exclusions. 1) The villa has to be made from Light Steel with Fiber Cement Board as exterior designing.2) To exclude the electrical equipments from your scope due to local regulations and just include the conduits in your scope.3) No sanitary ware and no AC units to be provided by you.4) No Interior walls or ceiling decoration, just 2 floors villa using the fiber cement as walls and a proper flooring separating between the GF and the 1st floor. Use please fiber cement board for the walls.5) No tiles (ceramic, marbles or granite) flooring, just the standard flooring as we need to install the tiles that are already purchased by the client.6) Include the PVC windows and the Wooden doors in your scope please.7) Include the exact design of the fa̤ade۪s exterior please taking into account that villa 1 is of a total area 124 m2 and that villa 2 is of a total area of 400 m2.What would be the delivery time?Do you offer free sample or what would be the charges of the sample?
