RFQ Description

My laptop was finally collected by the courier and sent to Comp asia for repair and I was told that the battery was actually faulty and awaiting for new stock of battery from a different supplier. My laptop was sent back without the battery at my request and until today, I have not received the replacement battery. As usual your incompetent and inefficient customer service personnel never bothered to update me when the battery will arrive And whenever I call them, they say that they will call me back but until now, I never receive any calls at all. What kind of service are you’ll operating??? Its been more than 3 months and I am still unable to use my laptop!!!! I demand that you arrange a full refund for me.
