Ingredient list: exact concentrations (preferably) or concentration range in percents (calculated by weight or volume) (Food and Drug Regulations, Cosmetic Regulations, 30(1)(d))*,2. Evidence of safety: MSDSs or ISO Certificate 22716 or FDA-issued certificate (Cosmetic Regulations, 29(1); http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/cps-spc/cosmet-person/regulations-reglements/gmp_cosmet-bpf-eng.php),3. Name and address of a person who formulated or manufactured the product (Cosmetic Regulations, 30(1)(g)) Should you be interested in wholesale of those products to Canada, please send MSDS for the the Cream so that we will be able to confirm their ingredients with Health Canada.
