Dear Emma ZhouI have a problem with a mobile phone Jiayu S2 which i purchased at the July of 2015. I have sent it back to the shop i bought it, as advised, and after their inspection they wanted to charge me about Ask Buyer to replace the touch screen.I disappointed from their answer because it was not my fault as the phone is in excellent condition (i can attach a video).So i replied to sent it back unfixed.Well I think that is a very negative advertisement for your brand because although i am a big fun of your products (i have purchased -3- three Jiayu phones the last two years) i have the first problem with after sale services.Please look at my case.Leonidas KandylisIoannina,Greece
