Dear,We are looking for a partner in Taiwan to import Mgo Boards for our company based in France. The panels are integrated in an innovative product we are developping which have a very high potential. We plan to import to France 2 containers of Mgo Board in July/August.I have many questions to ask you about your product. For our application we need a very high level of quality. We make a special industrial product. Our point of control are :1) High bending strenght (4 point flexure test) in wet and dry conditions : At least 22 Mpa for 12mm boards in wet and dry conditionsAt least 18 Mpa for 10mm board in wet and dry conditionsTo meet with that requirement, we need a strong fiberglass mesh reinforcement :At least 2x105g/m² on the rough face (4x105g/m² in total)We dont want 1 non-woven layers. We NEED 2 layers of 105g/m² fiberglass meshes on the back face and 1 layer of 105g/m² on the finish face. The fibers should be well imersed in the material because we dont want to have fiberglass ravellings on the milled part (see pictures attached)2) Density should alway be higher than 1050kg/m3.3) Good dimensions accuracy : +/- 2mm in lentght and width+/- 0,2mm in thicknessSquareness : Difference between the lenght of the 2 diagonals should be less than 4mmGood flatness (planearity) is mandatory because we put the panels on a vacuum table for milling operation. Less than 1mm of gap between the panels layed flat on a flat support.4) Good finish faceGood whiteness (more than 80% of reflexion index)No defects deeper that 1mm, dimension of the defects should be smaller than 2mmx2mm (Lxl)For 1 board : no more than 3 defects of more than 1mm(deep), 1mm length) and 1mm (width).5) Material should be Euclass A1 (totally uncombustible)6) Good impregnation of the fiberglass mesh on the two sides. We will do milling operations on the boards (see the drawing attached). If the fiberglass mesh is in surface and not totally immersed in material, the milling operations are difficult because there are many filaments of fiberglass which create rough edges (ravelling). We want to have clean edges after milling operations.
