They currently supply 93 Whole Food Stores with Local Grown Tilapia and have agreed to start supplying 43 more. Currently they are in 5 States NC, SC. ALA., Tenn., Texas and Georgia, and have started shipping to the Mid Atlantic Region. Whole Foods markets us as the best tasting, freshest, best fed Tilapia€. They came in #1 in their flavor profile test, conducted by a third partly blind taste test by some of the top chefs in the country. They also ranked Superb for color, texture, fresh nest, and flake. It would be an honor to supply your establishment. Could you help me with the process of getting our responsibly farmed, local product in your stores? Their fish are annually tested for all 209 carcinogens and dioxins along with Mercury (which they have none). They have the lowest carcinogen and dioxin level than any fish on the market. They boost our Omega 3 to Omega 6 ratio by using soy bean in the feed. They are located in Cedar Grove NC, located in Northern Orange County in an indoor RAS system. I have two different suppliers I am servicing, one would be Mr. Taylor and his outlets at Whole Foods and Publix Grocery Store. For this order it is not required for the product to be in metric ton but it does have to be fresh, these clients do not want frozen product but they do want as many species that they can get their hands on. The second is our purchaser in NY who services big box distributor and is seeking every product you have to offer in metric ton or as close to it as possible both fresh and frozen.
