We are planning to construct a Mining Metallurgical company including open pit, benefication and hydrometallurgical plant. Pedry Mine located in the Hinkley Hills outside Barstow California.Our company is completing work on developing technology to extract metals from ore and begins to designing of the factory.We ask you to prepare a proposal on the equipment for crushing- grinding plant and design work on the plant.The crushing plant consisting of three stages of crushing.For the corse crushing: jaw crusher, productivity 200t/h, feed size -300mm, size of crushed product -100mm .For secondary crushing: cone crusher, productivity 200t/h, feed size -100mm, size of crushed product -35mm.For fine crushing: cone crusher, productivity 400t/h, feed size -35mm, size of crushed product -6mm.Also please include in the proposal two plate feeders with capacity of 200t/h and vibrating screen with a mesh size of 6mm and productivity of 400t/h (for instalation after fine crushing). Oversize material of screen is returned to the cone crusher for recrushing.We chose a solution which includes two grinding step. In the first step needed rod mill capacity of 200t / h: the mill feed size-6mm, size of ground ore -0.3mm. The ground ore is enters into a ball mill (capacity-400t / h). The ground ore from the ball mill is fed into a battery of hydrocyclones. We think can be used hydrocyclones diameter 150mm. ?Sands of cyclone returned to re-grinding in the ball mill. The ground ore to a particle size -0.044 mm through a drain pipe goes to dewatering. We would like to get the filter cake moisture of 10-12%. Filter cake will be transported to the leach of metals in hydrometallurgy plant. I showed all the basic equipment for our process flowsheet.
