RFQ Description

I need 4 led street lights with integrated wind turbine. Pole is 8m heigh. There is 4 rainee days. During winter max.lighting time is 17hours, shortest lighting time is in summer, 8 hours. Average over year is 12 hours. Street lights shell be connected on grid, so, when there is not power in batery, led lights on grid. Power of led street lamp is 120W. This lampe has to be installed on gas station, and client will test it there. If satisfy, he will start selling the hybrid lights to city municipalities. Offer should be complete for montage (all necessary equipment) transported to the port od Shanghai or Guangzhou.
