My company is currently looking for a supplier of Palm Kernel Shell meeting the following parameters.Maximum moisture of 15 percentMaximum ash content of 6 percentMaximum Sulfur content of 0.4 percentMaximum chlorine content of 0.08 percentFuel value - minimum. 3800 K cal - kg - 15, 900 kilo-joule - kgmaximum. 4400 K cal - kg - 18, 420 kilo-joule - kgInitially we will need 15000 tons per month after which we would be looking to import 25000-30000 tons per month. We are interested in creating a long term relationship with a potential supplier.In terms of payment, the company only works with a letter of credit. Prepayment will not be possible.Only serious suppliers willing to work on 100 percent irrevocable letter of credit.
