Looking for pipe coating equipment

my self Pradhyuman Patel (+7 *******262) The tubular products division of ArcelorMittal is one of the largest and most diversified producers of pipes and tubes in the four continents with various pipes productions. In the same we have the unit here in Kazakhstan, Aktau with the facility of spiral pipe mill and various anti-corrosion linings like 3LPE,FBE,DFBE,Int liquid epoxy lining for water, slurry & O&G, So our coating facility currently we have following commercial requirements.Currently we have pipe Internal shot-blast machine from SELMERS which was supplied by PSL with whole facility, Actually since installed the machine (2005-2006) we still produced only 50 pipes, So currently we are facing following technical problems and also find technical requirements from JINLI.CURRENT PROBLEMS WITH S/B MACHINE AND WITH IN THE PLANT1.The production rate is limited on Blast Capacity.2.Small blast head is not suitable for the small dia of pipe from 18†to 26â€Â, but the SELMERS manual says the capacity of the machine is suitable from the pipe size is 18†to 56â€Â3.During the blasting of the 32†pipe takes around 18 to 20 minutes and the quality finish of the surface profile and cleanliness founds possibly not meeting with the standard requirement of Sa2.5 4.An indicative production rate for large diameter pipe (Above 30â€Â) is hardly 2 or 3pipes per hour.5.Also need to upgrade Internal logistics like receivers ,ejectors, rotation units & Preheating, and paint lance suitable for small dia of pipe, and curing arrangement after lining.(Find here attached analysis report for more study for you)TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT FROM JINLI1.Upgradation of Shot blasting machine to make higher capacity2.Audit findings: suggestion to implement modification of internal coating facility to be able to sustain continuous orders and mitigate associated risks (as listed in the attached risk analysis). 3.Based on tech audit findings AMA will implement suggested actions plan to eliminate limitations and be ready to meet project requirements in time.4.Possibility to use any materials with ceramic fillings on AMA equipment.5.Advice on use of Ceram Kote (or in fact any polymers with ceramic fillings) on AMA existing equipment 6.Indicate possible concerns related to this type of material Pl, contact me immediate.
