RFQ Description

The device must support Finger-print, RFID-cards and passwords concurrently. * The authentication time must be less than two Seconds * The device must be able to store at least 10, 000 templates capacity for 1:N verification * The device must have IP based connectivity to the central site, with IP address and gateway settings for LAN and WAN deployments * All finger-print devices should be remotely manageable from the central site * If the device has only POE, the external power injector ( 220 VAC ) should be supplied along with every device. * The device must have internal battery to retain the data in case of power failures. * The device must have a storage capacity of logging one million transactions * The device must contain LCD display to indicate the data, time, status etc. * The device must capable of logging the arrival and departure date, hour, minute and second. The device must be capable of synchronizing the time between them * The devices must have admin level access for configuring and making changes * The verification results must be indicated through display and audio. * The device must have provision to accommodate various working hours as per the site requirements. * The attendance system should be built around Centralized Oracle database * The data from all devices installed in the LAN and WAN segments must be collected at the central Site/Server * The data collection at the central site should be done instantaneously and the data must be available at the Oracle data base at the Central site. * The data from all the devices should be directly uploaded to the central data base automatically without any intermediate database or manual intervention. * The software must provide a network monitoring tool to monitor the connectivity of all finger-print devices in the network, to identify and correct the network problems finger-print, attendance, finger-print attendance CCTV
