Need to overlay decorative ceramic tiles in kitchen

RFQ Description

I have a client with a home in Portugal which presently has tiles on her kitchen walls with a row of yellow ducks on them. She has recently updated the kitchen to accentuate the stainless steel and black granite countertops. The tiles cannot be replaced, but we wondered whether anyone provides an opaque overlay for ceramic tiles in either a light steel grey or stainless-like finish. The only other alternative is to paint the tiles a light steel grey. We believe the accent should pick up on the modern design of the kitchen. Your suggestions are welcomed!
