RFQ Description

Supply Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Assembling Plant of Solar Panel as a Comprehensive Package on Turn-key Basis This specification shall cover design, manufacture, supply, testing and commissioning of assembling plant of solar panel on turn key basis. The assembling plant should have a production capacity of 7.5 MW/year considering 80% uptime and single shift of operation. TSS may go for phase wise implementation within 2 (two) year. BoQ will be finalized at the time of contract signning.Telephone Shilpa Sangstha (TSS), a state owned company, has planned to set up an assembly plant for assembling of Solar Panel for selling in open market and to the power/Telecom utilities viz. BTCL,Teletalk, PDB, REB, DPDC, DESCO, and public/Houseing consumers according to their requirements and the approved specifications using state-of-the-art technology with the following equipment, accessories and goods: 1.
