URGENT COMMUNICATIONDear Mrs DemitrovaMy name is Vasilis Theogiannis and I take this time to communicate with you on behalf of my partner Mr Koutromanos Dimitris.As you probably know, we started the cooperation with your company on September 2017, by importing to Greece some of your products (Florina juices)The communication and settlement of orders were done through Mr. Evgeni Atanasov.Unfortunately despite the repeated efforts to communicate with Mr Atanasov during the last 2 weeks, via his e-mail and his mobile telephone, Mr Atanasov never responded.The most worrying of all is that, while we ordered last week two pallets of juices in order to be delivered tomorrow ( Wednesday) to our own truck that would load from your factory, we have learned today that your factory was not able to deliver for several weeks and can’t serve our order.We tried several times to reach you via phone on telephone number 00359 2 ******* (Best Fruits Company telephone number), but unfortunately nobody is answering.
