We want the hook side molded because we want very little space between the hook and the loop tapes when they are closed together, to avoid water penetration. We want a total thickness of 1.6 millimeters when the tapes are closed.The hook and loop we are looking for is equivalent to Velcro brand Hook HTH 848 and Velcro Brand Loop LP 3607The HTH 848 is a vinyl hook tape that gives an excellent RF weld to flexible vinyl films. Which is what we need.
