Madam, 10-10-2012 We, J. Nazeer & Brother are importers of Medical Disposable Products .Our immediate interest is to import Disposable plastic syringe (Single use only) 3-Parts with needle 24G1†of sizes 3ml , 23G1â€Â,5ml & Insulin 100 Units with needle (short needle) 30 Gauge X 5/16†respectively. We would like to ask you about your disposable syringe with needle that is complies with the FDA specification . To start import process ,we require following specifications/information of disposable syringe in order to register the syringe and needle with the Ministry Of Health Pakistan : 1) Certification CE2) Syringe Size: 3ml & 5ml ( Luer Lock ) Blister Packing3) Clear Barrel: The Syringe Barrel shall be transparent, sterile, non-toxic , non-pyrogenic.4) Sterility: Each syringe shall be completely sterilized with E. O. Gas, non-toxic free from pyrogens ( LATEX FREE ), individually and securely packed in suitable Plastic Blister Packing to maintain sterility.5) 5 Years shelf-lifeNEEDLE 6) The colour code translucent needle hub for quick observation of flash back.7) The Needle shall conform the requirements( a ) HYPODERMIC NEEDLE ( I ) The needle shall be made of stainless steel AISI 304 with extra smooth surface ( ii ) Sharp, Regular Long Bevel with silicon coated to facilitate insertion to the patient for maximum comfort delivery through ultimate sharpness and smoothness.( ii ) Silicone, used to coat the canulla must be inert, non-toxic and pharmaceutical grade. ( iii ) Sterility: Each needle assembly shall be completely sterilized with E.O. Gas.
