Looking for trade facilities for cement importers and exporters

Sirs, my business is related with selling of all kind of Eddible Oils and Cement. I try to work like Direct seller/buyer, because I am working directly with Rafineries from four countries,but my fonds are not enough for make it.That is why I need to have a possibility to receive buyer´s payment NONTRANSFERABLE LC and then emites new one to the seller,like direct buyer for him and direct seller to my main buyer.I am working directly with factories and rafeneries, which bring me so big risk to be jumped by my buyers and it cause me so much problems about the comission fees and payment of the overprices to other brokers,because the factories don´t permit to be paid fees,more than 1-2$/MT,which complicate so much all deals.I have good and seriously buyers and sellers and if I ask for you to be finincing by yourself, that is mean I am sure about the deals.So,please could you send me your shedule of working. I am not agree to work with a loan,only with % comission to your company.That is good that you are working by top 25 banks,which facilitate so much the deals,but some time my buyers proceed from African´s countries and not ever they can provide their top 50 Confirmance banks.I ask from my buyers always BCL,which guarantee 90% the successful end of the deals,but this bank document I can ask by them only after I issue my FCO to them, because nobank will issue any BCL without their client don´t present to his bank some evidence that the same their client have a good and trustable business relation with the seller and the bank could investigate this seller ( me ) if I am covered with enough fonds to complete the deal.That is why I need a fonds support by some strong Finnancing Company,like you.So, please send me your detail offer and we can disscusse about this topic to be employed successful in my business.Thank you !Kostadin HristovMadrid,Spain+34 *******@*****.com
