I recently bought a DVD/Sat nav for a Land Rover Freelander 2 The unit works ok but no remote was supplied when clearly in the listing it was in the box. Now i contacted the supplier they said they are not available so why is the advert clearly stating its included. My daughter is fed up with watching films with Chinese or Dutch subtitles and we can not turn them off without this remote control so why are they not issued.
