We will however provide you with BCL alongwith application wherein Borrowers Bank will confirm to release MT 103 (conditional) upon receipt of Mt 799 from provider and lift the said condition ( release payment ) upon receipt of verifiable and athenticated instrument via Mt 760. 2.
