Good afternoon, or early morning as it will be to you gentleman ifyou are in Guangdong. My name is Martin Howe and I have somehowmanaged to come into one of your SodaQuick machines here in Canadawhilst trying to avoid purchasing one of your competitors SodaStreammachines. Myself and the proprietor of the store where I purchasedthe machine have come into problems with them though (he alsopurchased one for his own use); we were shipped incorrect sizedcylinders from HIS distributor and are now in the process ofattempting to find replacement ones here in Canada that will in factfit our machines. Can you gentleman be of ANY assistance ideally bypointing us to a distributor or less ideally by furnishing us with theadaptors shown in this interview with SodaQuick Frances owner:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1GQoe4huk8 that are to be used withSodaStreams bottles so that we might at least get use out of themachines that we have paid for? Is it commonfor machines of yours purchased at a retail level to come with expiredand potentially unsafe componentry or is it simply a case of ussomehow getting old stock that should have been sold long ago as Isuspect is the case? Also it is worth mentioning that when i first took the back coveroff the machine for the first time the small plastic retaining tab onthe left hand side opposite of where the extra gaskets are fastened itbroke off; again, Im not sure if this is due to poor materials usedin construction or just a matter of us having received outdatedmodels/units; again, I suspect the latter.
