hello,i have a purchased a product from your manufacture [V-Sine 1KVA] ,after the installation ,i have a problem : i put 2 battery (lead-acid) 120 Ah , serial the charger voltage output is 29.3 V on the batteries ,the 2 batteries warm up , after seven months the first one ( attached to the positive cord of UPS ) is damaged . i replace it and the problem is the same and also the 2 batteries warm up , i am afraid that will be damaged again .can i decrease the charger voltage or there are any automatic controller that stop charging the battery when they are fully charged inside the UPS,and it was maybe broken ?thank you
