Letter of intent for loan or bank guarantee or Partnership Dear Sirs/Madam, warm greeting and best wishes of the time for you & our best wishes of the time. We would also be happy & great full if you carefully review our application for a medium or long term International loan or for a Bank Guarantee provision (A rated or none rated) which is intended to be given to our lenders (Project financers) as a collateral for a period of 6-10 years OR for partnership (Including profit sharing opportunity for Lenders).1) Request: Long term international loan or investment partnership/joint-venture/net profit sharing.2) Lending body: Any willing bank or private companies or financial holdings/grant makers.3) Amount Ask Buyer-800 million direct long term loan/joint-venture or any other form.4) Duration 10-12 years including of two years of grace period.5) Collateral: Our project +Bank Guarantee or insurance guarantee to be arranged by Borrower.6) Purpose of the loan: To implement highly lucrative Project s.7) Implementing company: Our company alone or with any interested foreign companies.8) Project Location: Ethiopia and Kenya as deemed necessary.9) Nature of the project: Highly profitable with over 40% annual returns.10) Project owner: private Consortium with possible joint-venture or Annual Net Profit sharing.11)The unconditional & acceptable BG or IG will be issued as a security to the lender payable at first written demand from the lender. The issuance & receipt of Guarantee will takes place on bank to bank basis up on receiving, reviewing & accepting of the terms & conditions by the lending bank.12) We are happy to pay reasonable commission to the facilitators or to consultants who may assist us until the end of the deal.
