Dear sirwe are FOX for export & import Egyptian company , we are dealing directly with the government of Egypt , we are looking for supply (long term contract) for frozen meat and poultry .our need is the following :for the 1st order frozen for poultry 1-Quantity: 50000 tons (estimated target 100000 ton/year for 5 years)2-general specifications for both frozen poultry A- the slaughter house must be authorized form Islamic center and the slaughtering must be according to Islamic lawB- the zone/area must be free of epidemics diseases and any kind of radiations.C- the poultry must be free from infectious diseases and not been treated by antibiotics or hormones in the last month before slaughter.D - age for poultry 6-10 weeks E- no blood including inside the product frozen poultry F- shelf time not less 12 months G-the storage temperature must not more than -18 degreeH-the appearance must be normal and clear from burns due to frozen process I-the surface of must be clear from damage/corruptions and clear of Bactria 3-Weight- weight between 900-1300 gram as flowing * 900 grams 10% *1000 gram 30% * 1100 gram 30% * 1200 gram 20% * 1300 gram 10%- legs cut the wings are completed 4- the specifications must meet the codex specifications and Egyptians standers specifications must be applied1- the weight of the peaces inside the carton from 10-kg2- each individual Wight (900 gm-1000gm-….) is package in a cartons marked by it is weight.3- labels in Arabic and English must be at the package of the chicken and in the cartons4- package for chickens bags of polyethylene vacuumed from air.* labels must be on bags and inside the cartons by Arabic and English price target : competitor Government contract 100 % L/C CIF Alexandria port Guaranteed by the central bank of Egypt , releasing after inspection the quality and quantity in Egypt A visit of authorized people to your facility must done A letter of authorization to our company must to avoid any complected process or misunderstand in the future Eng/mohamed hassanDir.mangercontact No : **************Skype : mohamed hassanEmail : *******@*****.com for your replying
