We need Funding for following Projects in India: 1) $ 10M - For Expansion for Food Production Unit + Trading 2) $ 10M - For Expansion of Construction Machinery manufacturing Unit and Trading 3) $ 50M - For Construction of Housing cum Tourist Project 4) $ 50M - For Solar Project For what period you can provide funds ? However clients prefer funding for 10 years and above.What would be interest charges per YEAR ?Can the Funder accept if both interest + Principal amount are repatriated together at the end of maturity ?ORYou want interest to be paid on yearly basis ? However clients prefers to make Bullet Payment.What type of collateral you would need?For your information BG or any other Bank Instrument will NOT be provided first.Client would provide BCL wherein Bank would confirm to release MT 760 upon receiving confirmation (MT 799) on B2B basis from Funding Entity stating that they are RWA to send MT 103 upon receiving MT 760.NOTE : If client has BG in hand he would go for monetizing and get non recourse funding and there would be no need of paying any interest + he would get the instrument back on maturity.Hope you will agree.
