RFQ Description

I am looking for a women apparel manufacturer and there is a shirt that I was wondering if you would be able to make as a sample order. The material used in the original is viscose and elasthan. The form is straight and at the bottom of the sides there are small incisions/cuts (unfortunately, you cannot see them on the pictures). I need exactly same color and pattern.
