From :Ph DUBOST Gelati Marsala Subject :Ice cream manufacture Date :Tuesday, 29 August 2006Ladies, Gentlemen, We are a French ice manufacturer in Paris , Gelati Marsala and we are under a development project with United Arab Emirates , Dubai , to create a joint venture company in order to implement an ice cream factory .The idea is to use the recipes from the French company and implement the process in UAE to capitalise on market development and taste for European products . In order to do so and to prepare the finance program , we would appreciate if you could send us a project with machine pictures and prices to implement a full 400 liter / and or 800 liter per hour ice cream manufacturing chain .The project includes all parts of the factory as well as the training of people at production launch .Remember the factory will be settled in UAE , Dubai , which means some extra transportation costs as well as extra engineer cost for fine tuning .We also need a contract for maintenance , the cost of which should be calculated and integrated in the finance program . As far as we know , our partner might finance the machines on his own , or we could require a bank loan ; this is not yet arranged and obviously depends of the investment size .
