RFQ Description

Hi John, I recently purchased the DV91B and I am having a problem with the unit. I installed the driver with the supplied disk and when I connect the device to my laptop via USB there is a error. My system does not see the device. Getting error code 43 in Device Manager for this USB device.The DV91B unit works I can record video and take pictures but in order to see them I have to remove the micro memory card and plug it into my card reader and download the video and pictures from there instead of downloading straight from the device on how it was intended to work.I am running windows 7 on my laptop, I also installed the driver on my desktop Windows XP Proffesional and I am getting the same error. Does not see the device. The manual supplied says WIndows 200ME/XP/2003/VISTA Macros. LINUX.Do you know what the problem can be?Any help would be appreciatedThanksPeter
