We have a problem with shaft and propeller system in one navy tanker ship, It was building in HHIi in 2001, after investigationwe thing propeller is so many weight and than produce bending stresses no acceptable, more of 6000 Psi limit. we have intention of delete controllable pith propeller system and change for fixed propeller without controllable pith, for that we request to you a quotation for two new propeller but we sure you need next information:1.MAIN ENGINE model caterpillar 3616 max. continuos rating 6250 BHP x 900 RPM Idle speed 350RPM sense of rotation inward (when seen from ship´s aft) 2.REDUCCTION GEAR model Renk ASL 100 gear ratio 5,79: 1 horizontal off-set: 1000 MM gear weight (dry): 13000 KG3.C.P.
