We require a project loan of USD Ask Buyer (Clean & Clear of non-criminal Origin) over a period of 15 years with a 18 months Grace Period for our Government of India approved highly profitable and viable project of SHOE MANUFACTURING & NATIONAL SHOE RETAIL (300 shops initially) along with the National Mail-Order Network in India and also SHOE RETAIL PROJECT in England.This is a Self-Sustaining socio-economic project for the communities in India and England for job creations, economic and professional developments.Our shoe project in India will create more than 4,800 jobs and 297 jobs in England directly.Our said project is capable of servicing this loan fixed @% P.A. payable in Arrears commencing after the initial Grace Period of 18 Months.We propose to repay the 100% loan capital at the end/ expiry of 15 Year term. There should be NO Penalty if we decide to repay early.
