Moulded Plastic Parts for Window Blind System

Hillarys Blinds are the UKs largest made-to-measure blind manufacturer, serving the domestic market, direct to the end consumer. We assemble and install around 35000 blinds every week. Our current turnover is in the region of 110 million GBP.We are looking for a contract moulder to aid in design of a new blind system, for which we can provide a concept specification. Your company should have capability to design, sample, mould and assemble components for the said system. It will consist of around 30 different moulded parts in varying volumes, ranging from 5000 pieces p/a to 500 000 pieces p/a. Materials required will vary from hard wearing acetals to standard PP or POM.
