CANADIAN BASED COMPANY WITH MINES IN DRC SELL COPPER CATHODES WITH QUANTITY OF 2 000 MT ALREADY IN PORT OF TANZANIA READY FOR DISPATCH; Contact me thru my private address: *****QUALITY OF GOODS The product object of this contract is Copper Cathodes (Electrolytic Copper Grade A) LME standards at a purity of 99.99% QUANTITY OF GOODS First shipment 2000MT of Copper Cathodes The total quantity to be delivered is 2000 MT + (5000MT X 24 Months) PRICE AND TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACTThe Buyer shall pay the Seller in $ USDThe price stated herein this contract, is to be valid for the full contract set at minus - 4% of LME, price is quotation of the day before each shipment monthly.The price will be reviewed each month in case of new contract extensionIf the degree of purity of Copper Cathodes shall be less than 99.97% - 99.96% as a result of inspection at the unloading port, the Buyer shall pay for per ton minus -10% deduct from the cost.The Copper Cathodes shall be rejected and returned if the purity of the copper content less than 99.96%. DELIVERY BASIS AND TERMS The Seller shall deliver the goods under delivery of conditions: CIFLoading Port: Loading port shall be Dar Es Salaam/Tanzania.Delivery Port: HAMBOURG OR ASWP PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS The total amount of each order will be payable with SBLC (Stand by Letter of Credit, Irrevocable, Transferable and Non Divisible) or BG. SBLC/BG via MT760, payable 100% at sight in discharging port.The buyer should open the non-operative LC within 2 working days before cargo loading to the vessel, as a guarantee for the total payment.After loading of the cargo to the vessel, the Seller will hand over to the Buyer: the clean Ocean Bill of Lading, change of the ownership documents with buyers name Company imprint.
