The horses we want the blankets for are about 190 up to 230 cm. We need a mane-flap or high neck to reduce the pressure on the withers The main thing at our blankets is that they must be very wide at the front and they must be 200 % waterproof AND breathable, fabrics 1000 Dernier or more. The water column must be more than 10000 mm (ASTM E96 / E96M - 05 Standard Test Methods for Water Vapor Transmission of Materials ), the breathability more than 6500 g/qm/24 h. The colors are secondarily, maybe blue/silver or brown/beige. Maybe it is possible to place an extra velcro on both sides of the neck to have an extra possibility to varifiy the width. But besides of this the blanket for itself needs a very big neckline. Regarding the quantity I only can order very very small amounts, which means not more than 30 or 40 blankets a year - depending on how the winter will be. Two years ago the winter was so mild that I even didnt sell any blanket. So I would be very happy if you could send me a quotation about 30 blankets in different sizes (from 135 cm to 155 cm) in different fillings (no filling - 200 gr. filling) - main size would be 145 cm (european size) All blankets need to have: a mane flap a tail flapcross-surcinglesshoulder gussets D-Rings to fasten a neck-cover (placed at the front cross-surcingles)small rubber rings at the cross-surcingles for better closing4 D-rings with quick snaps at the front-closure to varify the widthleg-straps (not elastic!!!!) with quick-snaps.
