Displays for a 11.5 x 15 inch picture

RFQ Description

need a display for pictures that can go on a counter or on the floor. Pictures are 11x14 but are in a plastic sleeve, to make them 11.5x15 inches. Dispay would need to hold 20+ pictures at a time and be able to lean back so customers can flip through them. Would need samples sent before order is placed.
