From second buyerDue to the crisis I will renegotiate the rates I can tell you that for now -USAsk Buyer per barrel (condition as long as crude oil price is under USAsk Buyer/bbl) I will make it happen if we can agree to the following:1.- sign SPA with a buyers bank Tear Sheet.2.- Seller will provide ATS, POP and ATB3.- Vessel Captain notifies buyer and buyer?s shipping agent 10 days again before arriving Chinese water, then again 5 days and 3 days, at which time Vessel Captain arranges the Buyer?s shipping Agent to boards the vessel test and take samples for analysis. Buyer shipping agent will advise the Captain which pier in Qingdao he can park.4.- Cargo is unloaded into China Customs ?? to confirm the exact barrels that must be paid.5. Buyer takes the China Customs Report and the CIQ report to the bank ?? and within 3 banking days payment is made to the Seller?s designated bank account.6. Transaction is over and ready for the next vessel.
