Hi,Were looking for a grade A processed frozen chicken paw supplier in Thailand with the following requirementORIGIN: BrazilSPECIFICATIONS: As per Appendix A.DESTINATION: ChinaQUALITY: By Certificate of Quality (SGS) and Seller specificationINSPECTION: SGSWEIGHT AND PACKING: 35-45 grams per each chicken paw, 20kgs in a carton.SHIPMENT QUANTITY: 50 x 40 container Metric Ton per month for 12 months Ton TOTAL CONTRACT QUANTITY: 50 x 40 container ( 28 Metric Ton/per container), pending trial shipment performance as stated belowDELIVERY TERM: FIVE 40 container as trial and 50 x 40 container per shipment per month, pending trial shipment performance as belowPRICE: F.O.B PortPAYMENT TERMS: By Documentary Letter of Credit payable at discharging port after inspection with CIQ in China and against shipping documents.PAYMENT: Irrevocable Confirmed, Documentary Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documentsTRIAL SHIPMENT QUANTITY: five 40 containers x 28 Metric Ton per each container = 140 Metric Ton.PROCEDURES:a) The Buyer issues to the Seller their Letter of Intent or draft Purchase Order with banking details and bank confirm letter signed and authorized by an officer of the company.b) The Seller reviews the Letter of Intent or Purchase Order and upon acceptance issues draft contract to Buyer for comments, the Buyer returns the draft contract (within 5 days) with all amendments, if necessary, with their full banking coordinates and confirming bank information.c) The Seller accepts or negotiates over any changes or amendments with the Buyer by phone, fax or e-mail and upon reaching agreement with the Buyer prepares and issues and seals the final hard contract which now forms the basis of the transaction and is legal and binding upon both parties.d) The Seller should provide the Buyer below documents at the time of final contract in order for the Buyer to register the products being imported to China, The Seller shall take full responsibility for all Penalties or Possible rejection at China customs caused by missing or false presented documents all penalties or possible rejection at China customs caused by missing or false presented documents.a.
