Greetings Mr. Pro Guard I am very interested in discussing the opportunity of partnering with you. We are currently working on a project with a current investment scope that is low risk. I know that you are a private lender and would like to discuss the opportunity to work with you. My company owns large reserves of coking coal. We have already begun exploring reserves of more than three million tons. One hundred thousand tons of this reserve has already been loaded and is ready for sale at a price of FOB Ask Buyer per ton (this price is based on the current market price). Our coal is mined by using the surface method. Currently, my company has the capability to mine over 50,000 tons per month with an annual volume of 600,000 tons. We have all licensure and all permits are valid until 2015 with the opportunity for extension. Currently, we are seeking partnerships with the capacity to invest 35 million into the development of the coalfield. We are looking to offer profit sharing and equity participation in the business. We are ready to discuss partnerships and any form of cooperation. I am prepared to present a portfolio of statistical and economic information including profit, sales and prices with to this proposal. Furthermore, I would be obliged to present a copy of my current mining license, photos of the property, and any other documents pertinent to this proposal.
