RFQ Description

Dear Sir/MadamI mail to enquire about a Car Park Management System. We are an IT company and would like to purchase a system and equipment to manage a car park that we have been contracted to manage. This place has three parking areas: Please find the requirements below:1.Parking Area 1: (Short Term Parking)Is cash parking area Where we would like visitors to come in with a card system / get a coupon upon entering and then pay inside a Point in the Parking. The coupon will be paid inside with an allowance and then allow the client to just drive out after paying for the coupon.-It will have 2 booms at the entrance and 2 booms at the outlet. We don’t want to handle cash at the inlet or outlet. 2.Parking Area 2: (Long Term Parking)Is cash parking area Where we would like visitors to come in with a card system / get a coupon upon entering and then pay inside a Point in the Parking. The coupon will be paid inside with an allowance and then allow the client to just drive out after paying for the coupon.-It will have 2 booms at the entrance and 2 booms at the outlet. We don’t want to handle cash at the inlet or outlet. 3.Parking Area 3: (Members Parking Area)Is a Members Parking area Where we would like the members to use a card system to come in with a card system which will check is the card has tokens within it and then opens the boom gate. On exit it will be an automatic out for the cars as this is based on a members system-It will have 2 booms at the entrance and on the outlet. Overall System Requirements1.The system has to provide statistics and summaries (inventory) of how many cars has entered.We need to be able to edit major functions of the system like:1.Rates2.Activate cards3.Be able to replace cards or activate one to get out or in incase they lose their cards but still being able to bill the client.4.The system has to have an accounting system which will be able to enable management to tractk activities and report on per user basis.Kind RegardsSimba D.
